Most tech companies operate like cruise lines - predictable schedules, buffet-style benefits, and carefully curated experiences designed to keep everyone comfortable and compliant.

They’re building surveillance networks disguised as social platforms, optimizing for engagement over human flourishing, and serving the oligarchy’s appetite for control through behavioral modification at scale. If you want ping pong tables, free lunch, and a “culture” designed by HR consultants, those cruise ships are always hiring.

We’re here for the people who dream of joining the Justice League, not the Ivy League. Who walk into a farmers market and create something amazing from whatever looks good, rather than following meal kit instructions.

Our teams learn like jazz musicians - improvising, riffing, building something entirely new rather than optimizing someone else’s symphony. We want people with a track record of trying, failing, getting back up, and trying again.
